I recently bought a new Dell laptop with Win10 圆4 Pro and installed Office 365. The Spectrum techs say the problem is with the Outlook program and the last Win10 update. The automated response system is no help at all and hangs up on me repeatedly. I have tried to contact Microsoft tech support several times but can not reach a human. "Outgoing Server" settings and well as port settings with no success. I have used the Outlook "auto-repair" feature, verified all the IMAP and STMP settings are correct as well as user name and password. I have talked with the Spectrum (charter) tech support staff several times with no success. Enter your email address, then select Advance options and tick Let me set up my account manually.
